Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts

Job Description:


  • Maintenance of Cash and Bank Books

  • Preparation and Finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account

  • Preparing & Filing the GST, TDS Returns

  • Doctor Cost Calculation & making timely payouts.

  • Maintaining Aging report & reconciliation of any issue Viz : Balance Sheet, Fixed Asset, Bank reconciliation

  • Ensuring payments on time for all vendors/doctors & employees

  • Schedule of all P & L Items and Preparation of P/L Statements.

  • Internal Control  & Coordinating Audit of Branch of Hospitals.

  • Coordinating with Auditors, Income Tax Department, Banks, and with vendors

  • Coordinating in Budgeting.

  • Resolving Statutory Issues & compliance with various statues Income tax Act, company Act etc.

  • Balance sheet review & Cleaning.

  • Handling Internal, FA, Statutory audits.

  • Ensuring  ITR/ROC Fillings for the year

  • Documents & Details for Due diligence

  • Maintain effective AMB & Utilization of funds & FD's & Payment plan accordingly

  • Ensuring monthly MIS & Cashflow statements & Financials on demand

Bio Medical Engineer

Location : Head Office -Bangalore

  •  Effectively manage and coordinate activities of the Biomedical Engineering Department to include the evaluation, replacement, service and repair of complex biomedical patient equipment; administer policies and procedures applicable for efficient operations.

  • To provide necessary support to the Doctors / Nursing Staff / Operators in terms of equipment’s usage.

  • Direct all aspects of maintenance and repair of the equipment, as well as ongoing training and education of staff related to safe medical device uses and practices.

  • Provide first hand support to the medical equipment’s during their breakdown and normal maintenance.

  • Direct and manage preventive maintenance on medical equipment, through adjustment or replacement of items on a scheduled basis to prevent equipment failures.

  • Ensure the patient safety and result accuracy by measures like periodic calibration, periodic safety checks etc.

  • Provide on job training and support to the equipment users and operators.

  • Coordinate with the agencies for spares and service support.

  • Advice administration on matters pertaining to equipment’s purchase, performance, financial provisions etc.

  • Prepare departmental budget, present to Associate-Vice President, Hospitals for approval, and monitor budgets and expenses to control or justify variances.

  • Maintain standards of practice consistent throughout the hospital and ensure that the accreditation standards of JCI and other accrediting agencies are met.

  • Represent Biomedical Engineering on committees, maintain departmental records, and attend Management and other administrative meetings as appropriate.


  • BE/ B Tech or above in Biomedical/Electronics/ Instrumentation/Electrical Streams.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in clinical/ biomedical technology, including management and leadership experience.

  • Experience in hospital is a must

NABH Coordinator

Location : Head Office -Bangalore

  • Assess, initiate and implement Quality improvement in line with organization policies and Processes.

  • Identify the issues/risk areas which depletes the Quality and bring the same to the notice of department heads, unit head, discuss, plan and initiate the activities to plug the same with action plan.

  • Form a NABH Team/Committee in each of the Vaatsalya Hospital to ensure day today clinical, operational quality aspects are met as per the NABH Standard.

  • Coordinate with customer care team both at Unit and at HO to understand Patients complaints, short comings in facilities i.e overall Patient satisfaction survey, work on meeting the gaps.

  • Facilitate NABH Team meeting and ensure to meet the reviewed non-conformances, observations, cleanliness, quality procedures followed.

  • Conduct Periodical Internal Quality Audit and ensure all the legal & statutory requirements met, last audits gap’s closed.

  • Train, coach department heads/In charges in use of quality tools, Process and techniques used to measure effectiveness, quality and accuracy of operations, variations and solving the same.

  • MIS Reports, KPI, KPA’s, corrective actions, target plans, time period to meet the non-complained areas.

  • Key observation towards industry trends, recommendation for changes and/or Processes.

  • Perform other related duties/responsibilities as assigned or requested by Management



Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Directs and coordinates Quality activities of the hospitals for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives as per NABH.

  • a) Responsible for Quality Improvement and Management across all the departments of Hospital (Nursing, Pharmacy, lab, Housekeeping & other administrative capacities)

  • b) Direct Participant in processes improvement and development of the organization.
    c) Assist the Medical Director in the development of appropriate quality assurance and Management programs and monitor quality control for all clinical functions and operational activities.
    d) Reviews analyses of activities (submitted by NABH Team or observed), operations, and forecast data to determine each hospitals progress toward stated goals and objectives

  • Handling of approx. 3 to 4 members team/direct reportees from each of the 7 hospitals.




  • Certification: Quality Assurance from National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS)

Job Description:
